    Mon., 8/19. weekend's over. everybody's at the gym.

    Bench: 45x..., 95x8, 135x5, 165x5, 185x2, 205x2, 225x2, 185x5,5.

    CGBP: 135x10,10,10. So crowded, there's no room to pace and stare at the clock.

    Tue., 8/20. 225.8#. not crowded, but all the DL platforms are full.

    F Sqt: 45x..., 95x8, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3,3,3.

    RDL: 225x5,5,5,5,10.


    brisket and/or trout tacos. mmm.

    Thurs., 8/22. 223.8#.

    OHP: 45x..., 95x8, 135x5, 155x3, 177.5 x 5,5, 175 x 5,3, 142.5x 10. Trying to push the weight increases while keeping volume moderately high. Those two top sets were grindy almost every rep. That's good, right?

    Low Row: 150x5, 160x5, 170x5,5,5. time to start reconsidering this supersetting thing. or just tweaking it a little. I just get so bored between sets sometimes.

    Default Elk Bacon Cheeseburgers

    1 pound ground elk
    1-2 slices cooked bacon, minced
    salt, pepper

    Combine all above ingredients, shape into 4 patties.
    Sear on high heat till nice & brown (maybe 4 minutes?).
    Flip and apply one layer of swiss cheese.
    After 1 minute, cover, turn off heat.
    When cheese is melted appropriately, they are done.
    Should still be a rich pink in the middle.
