OHP: 45x..., 95x8, 135x5, 155x3, 177.5 x 5,5, 175 x 5,3, 142.5x 10. Trying to push the weight increases while keeping volume moderately high. Those two top sets were grindy almost every rep. That's good, right?

Low Row: 150x5, 160x5, 170x5,5,5. time to start reconsidering this supersetting thing. or just tweaking it a little. I just get so bored between sets sometimes.
