    I'll start doing curls between squat sets. I wouldnt have been able to curl after squats today so maybe the curls between sets can be a pre-emptive strike, Thanks

    left bicep still hurtin. Im gonna get some compression on it. pain goes away about 1.5 - 2hrs after Im done squattin.

    Im getting addicted to squats. I cant wait to get back under the bar and find myself getting excited about it anticipating each session.

    315 x 1,1,1,1 was planning on 10 singles today but didnt have the power.

    Gonna take a couple days off. My left bicep started hurting during the bench presses and the elbows felt weak on the eccentric part of the movement. Im thinking maybe my joints and connective tissues aren't strengthening as fast as the muscles. Im hoping a couple days off plus light days to start off next week should let me heal up.

    On a positive note my CGBP pr was great and my wrists are feelin great and I did the first 3 sets without the wrist wraps with no pain. 3rd set was an attempt at 4 so I wrapped up for another shot.

    BB Curl
    Ran the rack up and down in 5lb jumps with 10-20 sec between sets
    40-->70-->40 x 10 reps each

    Barely any biceps pain today. so I think Im healing up.

    315 x 1,1,1,1 Got fatigued, I think from KB swings, first time with those, and the 225x5 front squat.

    Double arm KB swings
    32kg x 6 x 10 did these between sets of squats

    Decline sit up

    Squats are feeling great but the load on my body is really killin my upper body movements. Im gonna take off tomorrow I think.

    Got my rogue shoes! They fit perfectly.

    Today I just did a little conditioning.
    Double arm KB swing 75 lb x 25
    45 min angry gorilla walk with a couple of small hill runs.

    Just a lil conditioning for my fat ass

    walk 2 miles 28 min
    jog 2 miles 17 min

    I was going to just walk but after 2 miles I was a bit impatient so I jogged home. I took super easy pace with a very short stride. Everything felt great. Was done fasted on 10g BCAAs

    There is a Xfit gym at the church I attend...I know, its cool they have a gym but did it really have to be Xfit?!? They are having an oly lifting class on Monday. Im going to go and try and learn something.
    I want to start doing lightish oly lifts as warm ups.
