    Tried it this way for the first 7 reps, but had a ton of snow left, so I finished it with LISS.

    shoveled 5 more inches this morning - more snow coming tonight. hope to get back in gym tomorrow.

    max reps - 225 x 7 ( should have got 8 - dammit)

    Nice TBDLs, old guy. Did the snow come or did you miss it? We got some more this morning, but it looks like it's melting, so we're off to the gym soon.

    back after 5 days off. good news - lost 5 pounds while sick. Bad news - think it is all water weight. easy day - paused squats to work on form. 185 x 5 x 3, 135 x 5 x 2, 45 x 30.

    did some low bar squats with bar only - form much better feels much more natural - will start low bar in April - excited for that.

    press - workup to max reps at 115 - 15 reps - just nothing in tank

    6 farmer's walks - 40 yards - 80 lb db
