    deadlift - every minute on the minute

    ( 8 1/2 minutes) these felt easy


    press - every minute on the minute

    155 x 1 x 11 ( 7 minutes)

    Presses were very easy.

    100 lb dumbbell rows - 30 each arm

    seated dumbbell press with 45 lb dumbbells ( Negatives - slow )

    8r x 4s ( 6 in last set on left hand)
