Strongman meet practice day (meet 8/26)
Sandbag carries -200 lb - nonissue - will be my easiest event
Keg over bar - 200 lbs - tougher than I thought but will get some reps
Basket deadlift - hard to tell - looked like I was okay compared to rest
Truck pull - easier than I thought but truck for meet will be larger
Keg medley - carry and press at 170b - uh oh. Couldn't press it - have to work on technique
