You're welcome!
I'm curious though. Why the TBDL's along with the squats and regular DL's? Just a way of varying and switching the load structures? Anyway, maybe we'll see each other down the road in a meet. The atmosphere gets pretty rarified and lonesome above the Master's 50+ groups and while the younger guys are great to chat with and very supportive, it's good to have someone closer to your own age to talk to.
I'll echo, the sentiment. Not because I am one(yet), but because it lets me know that I haven't started too late, and can actually be doing this productively for years. There is a guy at my YMCA that trains in the morning when I'm there who is your age and just recently did 395x5x5 deads. That's the sort of thing that really puts the whole fear of aging thing into perspective. Good to have you around, I look forward to a long and productive log.
