Trained at work today, just before lunch, so rushed the presses and chins a bit to make sure I ate hot food. Forgot my belt for weighting my chin ups. So just went for 10s. Legs felt a bit tired after my run last night. Another run tonight, pick my daughter up from Rainbows, then help my oldest with her solo talk homework.

Not bad mate, think you get 18min to run 2miles (& 15min for 1'5miles) for regular infantry. Can't remember if it's with 35lb or 44lb of kit. You wearing issue boots or something more gucci like Altberg (I recommend Sneekers or Junglies for that sort of work)?
What reserve unit you going with?
