Week 2 - Workout 2 12/07/2014
today was terrible. everything felt really heavy and fatiguing
squats were ok but not grreat.
deadlifts were the worst.
Squats 3x5 @ 110kgs
Deadlift 1x5 @ 152.5kgs
Press 2x10 @ 48kgs
Dips 1x16 and 1x12 @ BW
Chin ups 1x15 and 1x10 @ BW
Sled 4x2 @ +185lbs
No time for curls.
