    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    went again today.

    did some cleans, hit a pr @ 85kgs! tried for 90 but failed, then re attempted twice and psyched myself out and gave up.

    also did some oh press.

    shoulder stuff.

    curlzzzz.

    hit the bag for about 15 mins.

    then did tabata to finish off.

    was a fun session. looking forward to getting back to solid programming in a few weeks.

    Hey - came across your log while looking into the 20-rep squat thing.
    Hope your wedding goes off without a hitch, so to speak. I've been married 17 years as of this month, and have hardly ever regretted it. ;P Naw, seriously, being married is awesome.
    I'm curious - did you ever figure out what caused the rib pain, or what it was?

    starting strength coach development program
    Would you recommend this kind of training for someone that's been training for less than a year? I mean, I think I have decent leg strength, but for some weird reason, they don't seem to grow as much as my other body parts
