Bummer! But you seem quite good at figuring how to get in a lot of every type of training.
I am going to go to the Oakland meet, but I'm not lifting (yep, being a little diva - ish and saving myself for the meet in Vegas. :-).
But I've talked 3-4 ladies from my gym into lifting, so I'll be there helping out and cheering everyone on!

I actually did some conditioning today. It actually felt pretty good.
C2 sprints 7x:20/1:40 and a cool down.

Then I went climbing with a friend for about an hour. I climbed outdoors a bunch way back in my early 20s. It is still fun! Getting used to climbing indoors, which is pretty different, but still great.
Then, chins x5x3. Forearms blown up.
