Thrashed from the weekend. Last night during training my right shoulder really flared up. Warmed up extra today on bench, it was fine through bench and squat, up until my 65x5 press. The press itself did not cause any problems, but when I was getting ready for the next set, it really flared up. Didn't want to push it, so I just called it there.
