started my volume block, fuck my life
squats 10x10 at 105kgs. horrible horrible torture. thought i would only make 6 sets after the first 3. had to take off my belt for the last 3 sets. ribs were hurting.
db ohp 5x10 at 15kgs. pretty easy
rows 5x10 at 75kgs. pretty easy.
volume week 1 workout 2
bench 10x10 at 80kgs. not too bad. i failed on the last rep a little bit. hypertrophy yo.
sldl 5x10 at 120kgs. easy
curls 5x10 at 20kgs. too easy.

deadlifts 10x10 at 130kgs. first 5 sets deadlifts, second 5 touch and go.
ohp 5x10 at 45kgs. not too bad. was doing them with the bounce at the bottom but for the last 3 reps of the last 2 sets i had to rest at the bottom and do 2.0. not too bad. i usually suck at volume of ohp.
hbbs 5x10 at 80kgs. really short breaks. fuck high bar. seriously though i have week quads and i think this will be good for that.

squats 10x10 at 110kgs. fark, so hard tonight. took an age to get through it. no idea how i am going to go up next week but i will.
dbohp 5x10 at 16kgs. easy, quick.
back was too fatigued to do rows today. will do them on friday as bench day is a bit easier to do.
week 2 workout 2
bench 10x10 at 82.5kgs. not too bad tonight. easier than last week but harder then it should have been i feel. nice and tight on form most of the time though.
sldl 5x10 at 125kgs. pretty easy. back tired though
curls 5x10 at 22.5kgs. easy.
was going to do rows but back was fatigued after sldl's. going to move these to tuesdays on my random day.
week 2 workout 3
deadlifts 10x10 at 135kgs. not too bad today. first 5 deadlifts second 5 tng. easier than last week.
ohp 5x10 at 47.5kgs. easier than last week for sure but still pretty hard.
hbbs 5x10 at 85kgs. easier than last week again. still harder than it should be though.
