sldl 5x10 at 120kgs. went down quite a bit this week. back was super fatigued after deadlifts and squats yesterday and I have to squat tomorrow so gave it a bit of a rest
db ohp 5x8 at 25.5kg. not too bad today. felt much better than last week.
ghd 4x10 at 10kgs. pretty good tonight all things considered.
lat pull downs at 75kgs. hard again.
dips 4x10 at bw. ran out of time and smashed out a few sets with no weight. pretty easy. shoulder still not loving them.

    thanks! i am officially entered.

    week 18 workout 2

bench 5x5 at 117kgs. arse lifting again. 4th set was the hardest. stayed more tight on the 5th. this is def a volume PR.
squats 3x5 at 127.5kgs. meant to be recovery but felt hard.
def deads 3x5 at 175kgs. ok, better than i thought they were going to go considering how fatigued my back felt after squats.

really look forward to a deload week.

    week 18 workout 3

deadlifts 5x5 at 197.5kgs. hard but much better than last week. i was not going forward nearly as much. last set was a certified 10.
ohp 5x5 at 70kgs. thats a pr for sure for volume. felt pretty good today. finally making progress on this one.
hbbs 5x3 at 143kgs. much better than last week. didn't feel like every rep was a 1rm finally.

i think i am much more recovered this week and it shows. work is still full on and stressful but i don't have moving and shit to do.

missed accessories because work is fucked

    week 19 workout 1

squats 2x5 at 150kgs 6, 5, 6 at 140kgs. was not feeling it tonight. at 150 for volume my form falls apart a bit. dropped back to 140 and did a couple of extra reps to keep the tonnage up
pause bench 5x5 at 107.5kgs. not bad. could be tighter but ok considering.

    week 19 workout 2

bench 3x5 4, 4, 1 @ 118kgs. failed on 5th rep of 4th set. didnt attempt on my 5th set. did 1 extra after. form was off and pretty loose tonight.
def deads 3x5 at 180kgs. pretty hard. coming forward. gotta get that better for sunday.
squats 3x5 at 120kgs. easy as. decided to go down a little on these as they are meant to be recovery so shouldnt be too hard. form was shit but weight moved really easy.

    starting strength coach development program
    week 19 workout 3

deadlifts 3x5 and 3x3 at 200kgs. got to the 3rd set and it was probably a solid 10. so decided rather than force it and break something i would do another 3 sets of 3. overall was pretty hard. position was a bit off. trying something new. forcing my knees out with straight fwd feet to try and get some glute action. i can feel it working but its really hard to keep it all together while lifting heavy. will keep on trying it.
ohp 5x5 at 71kgs. ok tonight. first set was fucked. better after that. short breaks because gym was closing and wanted to squat.
hbbs 5x3 at 144kgs. not too bad tonight all things considered. taped my last set and my high bar sucks. but so does high bar so meh.
