bench 3x10 at 90kgs and 2x8 at 100kgs. pretty hard on the last set.
deadlicts 3x10 at 140kgs. didn't bother with the 2x8.

didn't eat full breakfast before, just had some quick carbs and pre workout. much better.
squats 3x10 at 105kgs, pretty easy. 2x8 at 125kgs. a bit hard for my liking.
bench 3x3 at 110kgs. not great. quite tired after squats.

managed to drive 20 mins to the gym in a million degree heat in my non air con car to park and find that I forgot literally everything. turned around and came back.
not great but thats life.
will go again tomorrow to deadlift.
hoping to start some form of consistent training from next week. going to do roughly the following.
main lift 4x8, increasing by 1 set and some weight for 4 weeks
accessory that will benefit the next main lift (row for bench, hbbs for squats, ghd/sldl for deads)
rower increasing 30 sec every session at around 2mins per 500m pace until i can't do it or die trying. going to cap it at something like 8 mins because fuck cardio and no time.

finally got to the gym through the week!
started my new program.
squats 4x8 at 125kgs. harder than i thought it would be but i don't usually get up that early.
seated rows 5x10 at 55kgs. too easy
rower 4.5 mins 500m average of 1:58:6. felt much easier cardio wise than last time.
hope i can keep up going 1 morning a week either wednesday or thursday morning.
