    sldl 5x10 at 125kgs. easy. focusing on tightness with these.
    dbohp 3x8 at 26kgs. much better! finally getting somewhere with over head
    ghd 3x10 at bw. easy
    seated rows 1x10 at 61kgs 2x10 at 68kgs. pretty easy
    dips 3x10 at bw. easy

    after deadlifts decided to do 3 sets instead of 5 as its deload week.

    week 20 workout 1 deload

    squats 5, 3, 2, 1 at 130, 140, 150, 160kgs. all easy tonight. tipping forward just ever so slightly. need to work on tightness coming out of the hole. 160kgs felt good. thats the most i have lifted this year.
    paused bench 5x5 at 100kgs. good, tight. felt good.

    week 20 workout 2 deload

    pause bench 5,3,2,1 at 105, 110, 115, 120kgs. all good 120 felt like an opener so will go with that
    def deads 3x5 at 160kgs. easy.
    squats 3x5 at 120kgs. easy. form felt tighter but not tight enough.

    week 20 workout 3 deload

    deadlifts 5, 3, 2, 1 at 180, 190, 200, 210kgs. ok today. not great. didn't feel awesome. had fried chicken about an hour before which is a bad idea i now know. 210 moved OK. not great though.
    ohp 3x5 at 72kgs. ok considering how i felt.
    hbbs 3x3 at 130kgs. easy. not tight enough though.

    sldl 5x8 at 140kgs. easy and quick. focusing on glutes, glutes, glutes.
    ghd 5x8 at 10kgs. not too bad tonight. haven't done weighted in a while.
    db ohp 5x8 at 26.5kgs. pretty good. quick sets
    seated rows 5x10 at 68kgs. quick breaks tonight, pretty easy considering.
    dips 5x8 at 10kgs. easy and quick.

    dropping accessory volume to 8's mostly and will keep the weight going up.

    new cycle starts tomorrow. into 3x3's on the main lifts. most movements will be comp focused or pretty close.

    still going to do tng bench for main volume but will get rid of high bar squats for another low bar day. so will be low bar 3 times a week now.

    switching def deads for block pulls. i fucking hate block pulls but i need a lot of work on the top half of the movement.

    squats 3x3 at 155kgs. not too bad tonight.
    squats 2x5 at 120kgs. did some backoff sets
    comp bench 5x3 at 110kgs. got better as it went along. focusing on staying tight.

    week 21 workout 2

    bench 3x3 at 120kgs and joker set 1x10 at 100kgs. pretty good tonight. would say a max of an 8 on the last set. then decided to get some more volume. got 10 easy at 100kgs. felt strong.
    block pulls 3x3 at 200kgs and 2x5 at 170kgs. fucking hate block pulls. hard and shart. but i need to work on staying tight at the top of the pull.
    squats 3x5 at 120kgs. easy, 2 min breaks at most.

    week 21 workout 3

    deadlifts 3x3 at 205kgs and 2x5 at 170kgs. top sets were hard. been moving lots of shit again this weekend. shouldn't have felt that hard though.
    ohp 2x5, 1x3 plus 2 half reps at 72kgs and 2x5 at 70kgs. this was horrible today. form was off and felt weak.
    squats 5x3 at 135kgs. felt way too hard but short breaks.

    didn't feel great tonight.

    i think deadlift was compromised by block pulls being too heavy. going to drop the intensity on those a lot next week.

    db ohp 5x8 at 27.5kgs. hard. really hard.
    sldl 5x8 at 145kgs. pretty easy and fast. was not tight enough though
    seat rows 5x10 at 70.3kgs. quick and not too bad. left side not engaging need to do something unilateral to try and fix it.
    ghd 5x8 at 10kgs. easier this week. again left side not working hard enough. need to do some 1 leg deadlifts or something.
    dips 5x8 at 10kgs. easy.

    starting strength coach development program
    week 22 workout 1

    squats 3x3 at 157.5kgs. felt pretty good. had depth checked and all good.
    backoff squats 2x5 at 122.5 kgs. easy felt good.
    comp bench 5x3 at 112.5kgs. hard tonight

    feeling like i might be getting sick. lucky i dont have much volume.
