    F'ed up on the 20 and had to reset the bar. Still doing 295 next time. Think I'm going to leave deadlift to Fridays and do them before squats.

    Fucking hell. Breathing squats are in my head. For some reason I listened to the whiney Quit voice and racked after 10, then got mad at myself and picked the bar back up and easily did 10 more. Knowing that I can do it just makes it all the worse when I bail.

    Haltings are too light, but I'll keep jumping by 40-50 until they aren't.

    New curl bar for LTEs. The movement is feeling less unnatural, just need to up the weight.

    Deadlift felt easy. Amazing what having a dedicated dead day does. Bench feels tough with the pause, but that's where I'm weak. Wife lifting with me for the 3rd straight workout...pretty awesome to get her doing this.

    Reset breathing squats back to the first fail, and they were easy.
    Wife moving up in weight is awesome to see.

    Sick as crap for the last week
    Going insane not lifting, tried to deadlift 5x245, felt easy, then immediately wanted to die. More rest needed.
