Pretty sure I have a small tear in my upper quad. 2 workouts in a row where I have gotten pain up there when starting the ascent of the squat. Doesn't show up in warmups or the first few work sets, but I can now feel it while sitting down and pushing my foot into the ground. Irritating.

Other stuff
Sick as crap last week, had to travel for work this week. I can't say 2 weeks off is the worst thing that could have happened, because I was pretty beat up in the knees and shoulders despite not lifting heavy for the last few months. It's frustrating.
