Picked up an Airdyne last night. Someone on this forum referred to them as the Devil's Tricycle, and that's quite accurate.

Picked up a Powermax flat bench, pretty impressed by the quality for $125 shipped (all of $60 out of pocket after some gift cards I've had sitting around forever) and it's night and day better than the Tuff Stuff FID bench I sold.

I've basically not lifted since last Friday. I can feel the gainzZz being leeched out of my body. Hopefully will get press and deadlift in tomorrow AND pull the trigger on a new power rack.

Deloaded on press due to an unhappy shoulder, and it felt pretty easy. Ramp that up again.
Have to wait till Monday to order the power rack.

After all the deliberation I did about ordering a much more expensive power rack, I ultimately decided to take a chance on the Titan HD 2x3 power rack. Ordered Monday, received today. Just finished assembly. My initial impression is that unless you require US made or a perfect finish, the Titan is a great buy at $400 shipped. The only problem I noticed was that one of the J-hooks was out of spec, and very difficult to slide in and out of place. I contacted Titan with some pictures of the hook, and they immediately shipped out a replacement.
Pretty good. I just need to get the thing bolted down and get back to lifting.
