    20 rep squat was light, should have gone higher.

    Press is f'd right now, 135 wasn't easy. Seems like I'm not picking the bar up with my wrists in the right postion.

    Deadlift was easy, back seems good to go. 550 before year's end is the goal now.

    Squat still too light, nice to work on form though.

    I WILL learn how to bench in this rack.

    Deadlift was supposed to be 450, but apparently my Hampton 10s and 5s aren't different enough. Plate math is easy; plate reading comprehension is hard.
