Thanks! I am not in the Lifter Rankings yet. I don't have any recordings of my lifts, but once I get a camera that's worth a damn I'll record some and sign up.

    Halting Deadlift: 1x8x445

I made myself some straps out of a 2" ratchet strap, and tried them out on the halting deadlifts. I've never used straps before, so to practice I used them for all the warmups and the work set; not much grip work today.

Picked up a set of 10 and 25 pound bumpers for the home gym.

Sick, was hoping to at least get press done. Managed to grind out 3 sets before things went wonky. Probably not a good sign when I was doing a little graying out just doing the warmup sets.

Did a bunch of squats and deadlifts too, working on technique. I didn't log any of the sets, but none of them were especially heavy.

Chin-ups kicked my butt. I haven't done them in forever, but it's time to bring them back.

    Press: 3x5x155
    Block Pull: 5x485, 5x525
    Pullups

Tried recording my squats and press, working on technique. My squats are a little uglier than I thought, even at significantly less weight than I had been doing, so I can only imagine what 345 looked like.

Press felt way better than last time, though I failed miserably at recording the sets.

My pulling blocks held up without complaint with 525 on them. I used straps for 485 and 525; still trying to get the hang of these, but I already like using them much better than mixed grip for set work.

More technique with squats and a TUBOW. Depth is better with my knees getting set earlier, but it isn't ingrained yet, and I inconsistently lose tightness at the bottom. A work in progress.

I did some deadlifts up to an easy 5x450, but didn't do the 8x450 halting deadlift that I had planned. I was lacking focus after squats, and it showed.

Forgot that I did 155 on press last time until after the first set. Whoops.

Squat was more working on technique while adding weight.
