My left hip has been sore and my lower back tight when I get out of bed in the morning. Maybe it was the trap barn DL volume. I decided to change things today. I seemed to have made some progress doing the 3x3 workout but it leaves me beat up most of the day I workout out. Time to reread BBRX.
