Thanks Fifty, my grandson started wrestling in school last year after getting a black belt in Taekwondo. Not sure what's going to happen this year.

Good work! I bought a Safety Squat bar when it seemed my shoulder problems were becoming chronic.
I also started doing Rip's should rehab as part of my press, as a sort of pre-hab. Haven't had to use the SSB since.
Every session lifting is a victory!

Thanks Cheesepuff, I did the Rip shoulder rehab using the bar hanging from chains when I had shoulder issue. It sure helped. I can press full ROM, but still can't get the bar low on my back for low bar sqts.
