Maybe I shouldn't have attempted to train today. When I got to 220 it felt heavy. I did 1 rep and checked to see if I miss loaded. It was right. WTF? I know I've been trying to loose a few lbs, but it shouldn't have affected me this much. I waited a few minutes and did my planned 5.That was it.I'll bench and do pulldowns tomorrow. Maybe get sd some more food in me.
