I changed my last WO a bit Cut out some of the accessory lifts. I think pulldowns are more beneficial to me
Now that I look back you did do a shorter workout and I bet you probably felt better after it. I cannot do too many exercises in one workout.. it kicks my old ass.
You got that right Fred, too much is not the way to go for me either.
