    Bench press bar/12 95/5 120/5 5 5
    Press bar/5 65/3 77/4 77/0
    65/6
    Pulldown 100/5 150/4 4 4
    The bench press was tough for me, the last rep on the last set was a grinder. If I was judging by RPE I would call it a 10.
    I planned on 2 sets of 5 for the press, only got 4 on the 1st set, couldn't lift it on set #2 ( I did wait 5 minutes. Decided to take of 10 lbs and do a back off set.
    I will be thinking over the weekend what to do next.

    Eat good, rest good and hit it again next workout. I can't overhead press due to shoulder problems but if I did I would separate bench press and overhead press. If you give your all to the bench as you said there was probably little left for the overhead. At least you do multiple exercises per workout unlike me. I have to stretch them out over more days.
