    Did some one arm db presses.. with 25lbs I easily get 15 reps with the right arm, only 4 or 5 with the left. The problem is right at the start of the lift. No pain just weak.After 3 sets left and right I did 3 sets of 15 on the left side with 15lbs.Im hoping if I can build up the left side I can get my two arm press and no back to where they were a few years ago.

    Don't know if this is any help, but i have a strength imbalance with R arm stronger than the left. So when its dumbell time the LH goes first, all out. Then, after rest, RH just calm, often no more reps than the L did.

    Thanks for the advice my friend. I think I will continue doing bench press and standing press with the BB and do the one arm db press as you described as an auxiliary lift at the end of the workout.

    EZ bar curl 70/10
    I decided to try 160 for 5 so I put on my belt. It sure hurt, maybe it got too tight. I only did 3 because of that. I waited a few minutes then did 155 without the belt.
