I rarely drink, I did a little when I was younger. Around the time I was 40 I did have some back issues, going to chiropractor for a few weeks. Went out for my birthday and did some partying, felt better after that .

I may stop pull downs altogether - no ladies tops fit; I cannot do lunges really at all.
I wish I could say that the PD were heavy enough to allow me to do a chin up
