The tingling you described sure sounds siatica go me. It is my every day existence. Lack of hydration is aways a good way to make it rear it’s head. I tend to work thru the day without enough water breaks. As the weather gets warmer it effects me more. Squats and deads are the best thing I have found for it though.
It sure is a not easy to drink enough water. I do try to have 16oz. before I have my coffee in the morning. SLDl seem to help me. I'm going to try a program I did in the past for a few weeks. The 3x3 metabolic conditioning workout. Lighter weights, more reps and shorter rest.
I add "real lemon" (aka actually just chemicals) to my water, a splash in each 28 oz glass.
I think the flavor helps me drink more.
Word to the wise... don't try a splash of burbon for flavor.

Trying a program a used before
3x3 metabolic conditioning .
3 different lifts done with no rest in between. Then a short rest and repeat. Then another short rest and do the 3 lifts again.
I'm doing the reps slow and no rest the top or bottom
