I know this workout goes against all the stuff Ripp preaches here. And I'll go back to a more strength based program. But I never was one that enjoyed long cardio and I feel at my age this huffing and puffing is ok for now.
I meant I'll go back to a strenght based program in the future, going to stuck with this for at least another month.

Really didn't feel like doing high reps today, and just felt tired. I wanted to do something so:

Took about a minute between sets.
As long as you can keep your form good, I don't see any harm.

" the program",but is getting stronger by the week. He likes to take sets to failure. Did some SB qts,on the lset see did 85x20 .
