    Today wasn't so bad, it's 80 out but my garage has some shade.

    1 SB Sqt. 115l/8 DB bench 45/8
    Pulldown 120/10
    2 115/10 45/8 120/10
    3.115/10. 45/6. 120/9
    I know this workout goes against all the stuff Ripp preaches here. And I'll go back to a more strength based program. But I never was one that enjoyed long cardio and I feel at my age this huffing and puffing is ok for now.

    Really didn't feel like doing high reps today, and just felt tired. I wanted to do something so:

    Took about a minute between sets.

    Did this whole my grandson John was in my garage working out.
    He is 13, 5'2 140 .He is not doing
    " the program",but is getting stronger by the week. He likes to take sets to failure. Did some SB qts,on the lset see did 85x20 .
