Was looking on the net and came across a video for pressing with shoulder pain. It showed how to do a Landmine press with out any special equipment. Just put a towel in a corner and stick the end of your bar in it.Load the other end with a plate then lift to your chest with both hands on the sleeve, keeping elbows at side lift the weighted end up.I tried it and was able to press 55 lbs for three sets of 20 and no pain. The other day I tried seated DB presses using 15lb dumbells and got a twinge in the shoulder ever time I reached extension. I hope this will be helpful to anyone reading this with shoulder pain.
