    230/3 245/3 260/1 260/1 260/1 belt. Wanted to do a set of 3 but wasn't happening today, barely got the singles. Going to try this again next week.
    Pulldown V handle 100/10 125/5 130/5 135/6
    Lat raise using 5 lb plates 10 10 10
    Going for ART treatment tomorrow morning. Shoulder feels ok today, but if I raise my left arm up and down I feel some pain in the front shoulder muscle.

    Friday8/28/15
    No real wo today. I was going to sqt and do the SLDL like I did last week,but my back feels just a little sore and shoulders still not good. I decideded I will try as MEH suggested and alternate sqt and DL on a weekly basis.
    I did some shoulder stetches and the Halo exercise as suggested by Messugha. I did some light DB curls, tri pushdowns and slow seated DB presses. The left shoulder sure hurt and is weak. Going to do the SB squats Monday and see how it goes.

    Landmine press
    Sunday 8/30/15
    Was looking on the net and came across a video for pressing with shoulder pain. It showed how to do a Landmine press with out any special equipment. Just put a towel in a corner and stick the end of your bar in it.Load the other end with a plate then lift to your chest with both hands on the sleeve, keeping elbows at side lift the weighted end up.I tried it and was able to press 55 lbs for three sets of 20 and no pain. The other day I tried seated DB presses using 15lb dumbells and got a twinge in the shoulder ever time I reached extension. I hope this will be helpful to anyone reading this with shoulder pain.

    Landmine press 40/12 75/6 90/6 felt kind of awkward getting weight to chest so I only did one set and did some benches from the pins at the bottom Bar/12. 12. 12 left shoulder hurts and weak.

    If you happen to have time can you find the video and post it?
    Sounds like a great idea, but I'm not sure I fully visualize it.
