    Hey Jerry, we missed the snow you guys got down in the big city, but we did get the cold. Now it looks like we're gonna get hit with snow and/or ice starting tomorrow. How are those partials working for you, I see you're using some significant weight. I used partial squats for a time a couple years ago, got the idea from an article on Walter Thomas' training as a master lifter.

    Thanks for reading Fifty, I'm really hoping that the partials do some good for me. I'm not following the program exactly as it was written. I added in some belt sqts. I'm feeling pretty good bodywise now even after all the snow clean up.

    The top of the bar is just below the bottom of my knee cap.The bottom of rhe 45lb plate is 5" off the ground.

    Measured the bar and plate height today, the bar is 18" from the ground the bottom of the 45lb plate is 9" off the ground.

    Pulldown close grip short 1½" thick handle 110/8 140/4 4 4
    My right shoulder was aching all day.Took some Motrin earlier in the day, no help. I put on some Tiger Balm before going into the garage. I did some of the arc presses with a 15lb bar hanging from chains before the seated press. Seemed to help loosen the joint. Right now it feels fine,seems to act up over night.
