    the wool cap doesn't warm up the bar when I'm doing deads! shithowdy it was cold yesterday, and hot today!

    Exactly. But I'm not complaining TOO much about warm weather because my gas bill last month was over $300.

    Word! Haha! It won't be long at all and it will flip right over to all AC. The best seasons seem so short here. I would love to live where it's otherwise but then WE have nothing to complain about when you think about the madness going on in Ukraine.

    I walked out with the bar and started from the top rather than starting from the pins.

    Friday 3 /11/22 Thanks Fred. I seem to have discovered that I have some sort of shoulder issue going on. I realized I had a problem doing seated DB presses. Even the first rep using 15lb seems to be hard to get moving. I tried doing a front raise, no problem with the right, but I can barely raise the left. No pain just won't go up. Last time I had a problem I did the thing Rip recommended using the suspended bar. If been able to bench and BB press and didn't feel a problem. Even doing DB bench didn't feel a weakness. This is what I did today
    DB seated press 15/ 12reps both arms together
    20/ 6 6 L +R 2 more sets
    This was tough. Strange since I know I can do 80lbs for 5 reps with a standing press,although I do tend to lay back a bit.
    Belt sqt 90/6 140/6 175/6 205/6 225/6
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
