Hey Jerry, thanks for checking on me. I'm doing pretty well, though I tweaked my low back last week and had to see my chiropractor. I knew my back was off a little, but still pushed my deadlifts too hard, working up to 315x3. I'm almost over it now, and working on changing my training a little. I just knew I needed to back off a little. I was planning to hit the Nationals in Ohio in July, then found out the CanAms are going to be held here locally (where I went to grade school) in August, so I'm aiming for that. I don't have any set goals for this one, just build up gradually and see how it goes. The one thing I would like to do is improve my bench, even a little. It's been going pretty well, so we'll see. Hope everything is good with you, I haven't been on the site for a couple months, so I'll have to catch up. Take care Jerry

Sure feeling like crap. About 3 weeks ago I had what I would call a major cold. Hacking up some nasty stuff from my lungs. Seemed to clear up after a week, but over the weekend came back.
I did what I could today which was not much.

Hope you feel better soon! I have and had hacking and right chest pain a couple times in the last few months also but I don't feel as bad as you say you do. Get plenty of rest and fluids!
