    Thanks Fred, it was a good day. I did the lifts I wanted and feel okay. I woke up this morning and have no aches and pains and no soreness.

    I messed up on the Press. I wanted to go up 2˝lbs but went up 12 in error, wondered what happened on the first rep. Got 4 and decided to rest a few minutes and see what I could get. 4 was it on the next 2 sets. Not sure what I should do next week, stay with 77˝ and try for 5 or drop down to 70.

    Been a busy and stressful week for me. My daughter got married Sunday, but the stress was having my brother and sister in law as house guests and having set up a surprise 70 BD for him on Friday.
    I have been monitoring my BP daily the last few weeks and was doing good,but the last few days it's up. Maybe the stress and eating out too much.Hoping it returns to normal.

    Once you can chill out a while and get all that eating out food sodium out of your system you will get back more to normal. I go through that at Thanksgiving as we go out to eat and it's normally a lot of salt which drives your weight and BP up a bit.
