    grip work.
    After grandsons FB game ( they won 34 -14), he wanted to wo only was in 2 plays. He has practice every day and hasn't hit weights. So we just did some different things. It was fun.

    Thanks for the encouragement Jerry. I saw my chiropractor this morning, and he told me to go for it while I can. Also saw your comment to Shug...l just started working with one of my grandsons (12), and have another (also 12) who wants me to train him too. Just a matter of coordinating the logistics. I'm feeling good right now, so hoping for a little improvement at the meet next month.

    All I can say is every last rep in all the sets was tough, especially the BP.

    I was going to do light sqts, press and DL today. But for some reason my right hamstring was tight, couldn't even sqt down with the empty bar. I did want to do something so I did partials 8"rom
