That looked like a pretty great workout for you Jerry, and I've always been a big fan of SLDL. When I was in my early 20's, and in the Navy, I reached 325x10 SLDL, weighing about 170. I'm hoping to move them up again gradually over the next month or two, before working back into regular DL for my meet season.
Thanks Fifty, I did SLDLs as my main Dl when I first started lifting myself. Sure works the low back,hamstrings and butt. I just need to make sure I'm working to failure since I'm only doing one set

Well done, Jerry! The fact that you ran out that Belt squat at 135/12 after everything else, including the opener 110/20, makes my quads burn in a way that they haven't in years. And I didn't do them.
