    Hey! Nice hi rep squats with 200.
    I think it was Dr Ken who said, rather than doing low reps with heavy weights, or high reps with low weights, it is better to do high reps with heavy weights.

    Thanks, but there only belt sqt. No way could I do that with a bar these days. My grandson John can. He did 225 for 20 2 weeks ago st 160lb, he is 15. He does like doing high reps.
