I keep thinking about changing my program to something with lower reps so the weights would be higher. But this seems to be working a little each week. The session lasts about 45 minutes including a short wu on my rower and a set of reverse hyper extensions before lifting. I'm thinking doing DLs one week and some type sqt the next. Something I read here on SS was Upper body on Mon, lower body legs/back on Wed, different upper body lifts on Friday.

Sled pull backwards
I was supposed to do 180 and try for 20 reps but I guess I had a brain cramp and was thinking about the 205 back off set.
When I lifted the 205 I knew something was of and wasn't going to get 20 reps so I just got 8 and did 2 more sets. I skipped the db bench and pulldowns since I'm going to a friend's house Monday with my grandson to train some press work. He just got a Kabuki Cadillac bar.

Went to my friends home gym, Pat Susco is on Instagram if any cares to look.The Crack Den Gym! He was a champion PL back in the day.
We did Viking press, lying cable curls, trap bar shrugs.

Monday 7/10/23
Went to my grandsons house. He was working out doing BP, incline db, and curls.
I just did a few sets on his dip machine and some curls while hanging out.
