It is hot and humid. For some reason I seem to be able to take the heat better. I used to work outs for some years and got used to it. But since retiring I tend to not like cold weather. My workouts are kind of quick. I take it slower and make sure to keep hydrated.

Trying something new, Andy Bakers Garage Gym 2 program. Seems to have more volume but at lower percentages.
I did SB sqts
4 sets of 3 reps
BP 4 x3 done dynamic effort style short rest
Then BB rows 3 sets of 12/8 reps
Push ups, I could only do 5,
did 4 sets.
