    Sqt with giant camber bar, weighs 85 lbs
    BW/12 bar/6 95/5 105/5
    115/5 put on belt 120/5 135/5 did all rep without a pause at top or bottom.
    First time in a few months squatting with a bar on my back. 91 today so that was it.

    It is hot and humid. For some reason I seem to be able to take the heat better. I used to work outs for some years and got used to it. But since retiring I tend to not like cold weather. My workouts are kind of quick. I take it slower and make sure to keep hydrated.

    DB lying tricep extensions 15/12
    Grip work, Saxon bar holds,
    Rolling thunder, iron mind horn.
    Had my son in from NC and my local grandson. The kicked my ass.

    Tuesday 8/8/23
    Trying something new, Andy Bakers Garage Gym 2 program. Seems to have more volume but at lower percentages.
    I did SB sqts
    4 sets of 3 reps
    BP 4 x3 done dynamic effort style short rest
    Then BB rows 3 sets of 12/8 reps
    Push ups, I could only do 5,
    did 4 sets.
    Next wo is DL and press.
