    I guess 1 day between WOs is too soon for me .

    Hey Jerry, I wanted to let you know that we finally talked my Dad into going to the hospital today to get help. He's not in good shape right now, a lot of fluid retention and his heart in A fib, but hopefully he will at least get some relief.
