    Someone that inspires me is 76 year old weightlifter, he posts in the competition logs section .
    He is 82 now and still at it.

    Monday 9/19/23
    I've been sick since last Wednesday. Took Covid test on Thursday, was positive. Coughing, chills, sore throat and feeling week and wobbly. Not much of an appetite. Felt better today so I decided to get some work in. Did a Drew Baye slow rep speed to failure type workout.
