Hey Jerry, I wanted to let you know first, my dad passed away quietly this past Monday afternoon. After my last post on Labor Day, he had agreed to go to the hospital the same day. They admitted him, but it turned out being too little to late. There was nothing they could really do for him, he was in advanced kidney failure and had AFib. So he signed himself out against medical advice, and we brought him back home. I spent the past couple weeks helping my mom with him, and my three sisters were there with us when he passed. My two brothers couldn't make it in time, one arriving later that day, and the other heading here from Idaho now. Thank you for the support and kind words. I've lost about eight pounds this past month, and considerable strength, but am doing what I can to get brief workouts in here and there.

Thanks Fred, not 100% better but at least I can breathe. I guess all I can do is try my best for the day.

Got it down pretty good on the upper body work. It will take some time with the lower body stuff.

    Monday 10/9/23
    SB sqt 95/4
    Nautilus chest press 45/5
    Nautilus pulldown 45/5
    Tricep presssown 30/4
    EZ bar curl 50/2
Looks easy, but trying to do the reps as slow as I can without a positive stop at the top and bottom sure makes it tough. The idea is to have 60 to 90 seconds of time under load.
