    I planned to repeat the last TB DL but the r/s hip joint still didn't feel to good so I did what I thought was the smart thing and bailed out.
    I did go to PT this morning. They cut out 2 of the band exercises and replaced them with the cable machine. Straight arm pulldowns and standing horizontal rows. 3 sets of 10 each with 20lbs. Kind of light .

    Some tricep pressdowns with bands.
    Luckily the hip/groin seemed to ease up. I did the belt sqts using a closer stance than usual.

    That weight/reps in the belt squat is seriously good. Well done!

    Seated BB curls are tough.Start off with the bar resting on the thighs.
    I went to PT this morning, first thing is a device with handles like bicycle pedals, I had to do 5 minutes forward and 5 reverse. Some stretches, straight arm pulldowns and standing mid level rows. Then internal and external rotations with bands. Last thing is farmers walk with 20lb DBs. The idea is to keep the DBs held towards the back as I walk. So far I'm not in pain.
    The other day I did try some DB inclines with 15lbs at home. I did 3 sets of 12 .

    I went to PT this morning, it seems to be helping. I have been doing most of the PT exercises at home a fee days a week also.
    I decided to try regular DLs for a change of pace.

    Nice looking workout Jerry... good on the DL's. I'm still doing PT exercises everyday, and I have a follow-up with the VA next week. The new chiropractor has helped me considerably, and I had a great workout this morning.

    Thanks Fifty. I went to PT this morning. After doing the usual I asked the therapist about pressing. I told her how weak my left side was. She had me start doing seated DB presses with 5lbs reps 4 . sets. The left arm is shacky on the eccentric. Told me to do them one more time over the weekend.

    DB Incline press 15/8 8 8
    Pulldowns 95/8 115/12
    I tried to do the Incline at about an 80 angle an it was tough so I lowered the bench to 45 and it was doable. I will continue at this setting and see if I can get some more weight.I then may try raising the Incline.

    Tricep presssown one arm underhand grip 15/8 6 each arm
    Seated BB CURL with Blue thick grips 8 8 8
    Went to PT this morning. I have found that my problem is a weakness on my left arm when I try to externally rotate. They had me do seated DB press after doing all the band and stretches. 5lbs each side. The left arm is shaking on the eccentric, more so on the first 2 sets. I think I have 2 more visits next week and I'll be done with the PT. I'll for sure continue on my own
