    Those farmer walks sound like a bitch. I hope I can get back to bucket carries in each hand. Not even half that weight.

    Guys, thanks for reading and commenting on my log. As far as the farmers walk goes catching my breath is the limiting factor. I actually wasn't going to do them since it was 90° and humid as hell,but I had my grandson squatting so I gave it a shot. I did go farther than last week so I'll take it as a plus.

    I just did the sqt today, it was over 90° here. Tomorrow I'm going to my grandsons house. He is going to DL so I will do some tricep and pulldowns.
