    Standing DB press 15/15 25/8 8 7 shoulder has been almost pain free last few days, I have been a little under the weather I didn't do any type exercise since last Tuesday. Left side was a little shaky on final reps of each set .
    Pull downs supinated grip 60/12 120/7 +1 30 second rest

    I am going to try a rep scheme from the greyskull method,2x5 then last set AMRAP,although not really following the program as written.
    I will see how feel on Thursday and if I feel recovered I will do the safety bar sqts, incline press,then either rows or curls .

    EZB curl 30lbs on bar 8 warm up
    50 lbs on bar x10,6,5 reps 60 seconds between sets
    Not sure how much the bar weighs, too lazy to take inside and weigh it.
    Let the eating begin.

    I planned to WO on Monday buts will be busy I moved it up a day. I did increase the DL 5 lbs and got six reps on my last set, but it sure felt heavy to my weak ass. I will keep,this weight next week and hope to up the reps on the last set

    I planned to use 30lb Dumbbells for all my sets since I did get 5 reps in all 3 sets last week. But I only got 4 reps on my first set and couldn't get the Dumbbells moving on my second set so I took 10 lbs off each DB and did what I could, next week I will go,with25lbers and may try rest pause sets.

    175/5 175/5 175/6 with belt I will repeat this weight next week and try for more reps,on the last set.
    Inc BB press bar/10 62 1/2 lbs 5 5 12 measured grip and found 19" is what allows me to get bar to my chest with no pain.imwill go up to 65 next week
    EZB curl 30 x 8 wu 50 x 13 7 5 one minute rest
    Well the next wo will be next year, hoping to have better results in 2016 and get shoulders to cooperate.

    WTF,woke up this morning ( not a bad thing) with a bad pain in my right hand,at the thumb to hand joint.it actually looked a little swollen . i did nothing over the weekend to aggravate my hand. I had planned to DL do DB presses and pulldowns, no way that was going to happen. I couldn't grip anything or press against my hand. I bought a hand support brace, took some Aleve and iced it. I did a few sets of leg presses and called it a day. The brace seemed to help. I looked online and it seems to be some type of arthritis flare up. It feels better now as long as I don't put much pressure on it . It is probably due to to working with my hands and at times banging on things like wrenches and hubcaps with my hand when I should have used a hammer or rubber mallet.
