You're still doing great Jerry! There are so many folks our age nowhere close to us in this activity. The heart clinic I go to usually says that none of our other patients comes close to your condition. So we must be doing something right.

Decided to use the SSB since it's easier to get in the rack than the 85lb Camber bar. The bar is big and clumsy to get back in place.
Did the SSB without the box, I'll see if I can make some progress with it.

I was going to DL today but I seemed to get a muscle pull in my right hamstring after doing the sqts on Wednesday. I thought it was a case of soreness but I know I can barely bend down
Did the DB bench and pulldowns. I will try and do some high rep SLDL on Monday

For some reason the background on SS forums has changed to black it's only on this website.

Thats a backlash, maybe you should use the Starr rehab, to avoid as much scartissue as possible?

    Thanks Mr.B and bergstrm.
It fell better today, hopefully it was just a strain.Today I did my usual warm up, a few minutes on the rower and 15 reps on the Rev Hyper. Then I did 3 sets of 15 reps using 80lbs on a 2" thick bar.
