I'm beginning to think I'm not recovering between workouts.
Well, you've been making nice gains lately, and obviously that can't continue indefinitely. If you've hit your limits at the moment, it would be a mistake to force yourself into a burnout. That would taken a huge time to recover from. Better to back off a bit, and regain your energy.

Some times it's hard to tell whether you've had a bad day when things don't go as planned or really do need to back off a bit. I am still trying to learn that.

Thanks Fred. I can honestly say that the lifts were hard. I'm glad I didn't attempt to increase the weights. I've been listening to the Weights and Plates podcast and realize that we have to do what we can when we can. Just be happy to be able to train.

I cant believe you are wasting your time with Starting Strength Nonsense. They know nothing about Optimal Training for Older Lifters.

Thanks for your reply Shugg. I'm not following SS.I'm just doing what I felt would work I just mentioned Weights and Plates because they are saying how you can't expect to keep on increasing they weight lifted. I sure know that's true in my case.

I kept the sqts the same, I tried to do a single with a little heavier weight but it didn't budge.
Just did one set of curls.
Still thinking of what plan to follow.
