    Another good lift day Jerry! Those TBD's have been bothering my hips with a little twinge lately so I have dropped them for now. You are lucky to be able to do most lifts.

    Thanks Fred. I sure know that I use more leg and hip than lower back with the trap bar than a straight bar. I guess we have to make adjustments as we get older.Partials in the rack seem to something to try for most lifts if doing a full range causes any pain

    Strange weight numbers on the trap bar because I worked out at my grandsons, his trap bar weighs 52lbs.
    I didn't press due to a low ceiling so just did some tricep work
